Vintage 1940s satin pajama set. Dark rosy salmon rayon satin with blue embroidered flowers and blue piping trim. Blouse has frog closures, long sleeves with elastic cuffs and mandarin collar. Pants have an elastic waistband in back. 

The set is in overall good condition and it is wearable or it could be used as a study piece. The elastic in the blouse cuffs and at waist needs to be replaced, the elastic on the pants has some stretch but would need replacing or alteration to fit smaller size. There are some faded spots and there and general fading throughout the set giving parts of it a two-tone effect. See last photo.
